| Raided on Febuary 19th also,need help with legal fund |

 Raided2 writes " On Febuary 19th my wife and I were also wrongly arrested for dog fighting here in Az.They took all of our 16 APBT's saying they were in distress ,and my wife of 18 years was arressted infront of 16 our year old type1 Diabetic daughter and charged with dog fighting .Since then we have been appointed court appointed attorney's who have told me they don't care abouth welfare of our dogs and have even hinted for me to take a plea bargain,of course I refused because there is nothing to bargain about we arn't guilty of anything.Since our arrest my wife was the only one with any income as I was disabled from a work injury since last March 2007 .has since been wrongfully terminated by her employer of 5 years and 9 months ,due to all the negative media surronding her.I am also aware that there has been a legal fund set up for TL Willaims and B Smith and thatmany people believe that these donations are for a "blanket" legal fund to cover everyone involved ,well I just found out recently it is only going to TL legal fund. The first bill introduced by Tommy Kilby was withdrawn apparently to stop all the phone calls, emails, and letters in opposition. Then after everything cooled off Janis Sontany introduced the exact same bill, I guess she thought we weren’t paying attention. When asked why she did this her response was.

SLK writes "Tommy Kilby and Janis Sontany are working together and introduced legislation with the intent on making it a misdemeanor to own any “pit bull type” dog in the state of Tennessee. It is not a law yet but will be if we don’t take a stand. Everyone of these people on this list need to be contacted twice daily by every person who cares about this breed. If you are not from Tennessee contact them anyway. If they are allowed to get away with this it will set a precedent and other states will follow suit.

Please everyone go here and write something about looking into hsus being
experts when expert say otherwise. 20/20 busted Texas ASPCA wide open. This takes 2 mins. I've done all the work, just everyone please send an
email urging them to investigate.
Mention in a short email
HSUS in many occasions have done the following in many places and are constantly getting away with it.
1. Serving as experts with no qualifications
2. HSUS infiltrating law enforcement ie members who are police officers using their badge to enforce hsus policies
3. Destroying trial evidence
4. Donating to terrorist.
You can even cut and paste the above. Just please if we send enough
emails they will respond. Some of you have 2 and 3 emails use them. We
fail because we will not organize. Well I'm rolling this tiny snow ball
of mine down hill. and i'm praying it gets bigger.
