Another Boudreaux dog with a fake pedigree.  This dog was paper being off of Tudor's Dibo who was born in 1951 along with his belly mate brother Arizona Pete.  Blind Billy's dam was said to be Tudor's Minnie, who was sired by Arizona Pete again Dibo's littermate brother.  Problem is that Blind Billy was born in 1952.  Breeding is impossible. Despite this Blind Billy is found in a lot of great dogs.
